I want to return a large item.

I ordered some loungers and they arrived today in a very poor state there was rust all over them and scrstches I want to return them and ebay have issued me with a postage label bearing in mind this is a very large box asnd heavy. Firstly i am disabled and i am not going to struggle up to the post office with these and i would have thought the postage with Royal Mail even if they take them will be very high. The seller has not responded and i wanted to know if ebay issue returns by courier as why should i go to all the trouble of taking a large item to the post office when i have been sent defective and shoddy goods They were supposed to brand new so how they got in this state is anyones guess. You need to somehow get hold of ebay CS and tell them that the label is not sufficient.  There is no guarantee that you won't have to take the items to a pick up point though.
