I started a return but I now cannot see details just 'Access to website blocked '

I bought a dress which was described as new without tags, and in the description was described as Brand new, never worn. It was in a bad state, faded, well worn and with food on it and damaged. I opened a return stating why and the return started and I had the usual info that ebay would step in if I had not heard anything by 17th July. I have since tried to view the details but just get 'Access to website Blocked'. Has anyone else had this problem ?

Wait until you can escalate the case (probably on the 18th).   If you have any problems with that try a case direct from Paypal.
