I returned an item for refund, its been delivered however I cannot get my refund

Hello,

I purchased some car mats and returned them despite airing them for 2 weeks as it absolutely hummed of strong rubber and chemicals to the extent having them in the car made me feel unwell it was that strong. The item was posted and I received the tracking number. The item was delivered on the 10th May 2020 however I still haven't been refunded.

I tried to escalate it on ebay however their site is simply not allowing me to action it, there's no help whatsoever, even trying to contact their Live chat etc is impossible. The whole site looks different and there simply isn't an option to contact ebay at all.

Can anyone offer any advice please??

The page on ebay states I should've been refunded yesterday as the item has been delivered now. Either ebay is undergoing a mjor transformation or its been taken over by extraterrestrials as its a nightmare to navigate especially when seeking assistance.

Unfortunately the esculate the case to ebay is missing and thats the weird thing, there's no way to esculate it.

I've always used firefox for ebay however ebay looks really odd on there to the extent I'm using a different browser.

You will see the option to escalate the case to Ebay on the date shown within the case, and they will force the refund if tracking proves delivery to the seller's Ebay-registered address (the one on the postage label Ebay supplied you with).  Cases are timed to the second.

Lots of weird glitches on-site at the moment. I'm currently tearing my hair out with one of them...!  Things normally settle down pretty quickly, though, so take a deep breath and sit down with a calming cuppa. 🙂
