I got Traking #9400136206400507368912 from ebay after floup by USPS

 tey give me answer yor item shiping pertner does not indicat receip by USPS

You're in the US. These are the UK boards.

If you haven't received an item you paid for you need to look at the conditions for eBay's money abck guarantee in the US.

Here, a case must be opened within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date. Check whether it's the same in the US.

If it's too late to open a case through eBay, look at PayPal's longer lasting buyer protection policy. In the UK the time limit is 180 days, which I imagine is the same in the US.

I do not understand are ebay have responsible for this mater or not I did order bay ebay not to some body in china

Here on ebay you can open up a Item not arrived case if your items doesn't arrive but this only covers 30days from when you ordered the item.

IF you look up under the Help & support section about the ebays Money Back Gaurantee this will help you further if items dont arrive.

Although you can still open a case up with paypal (upto 180 days) & you will be able to get your money back asuming that the tracking number you were giver is fake.
