I agree with what Vijorey said earlier in that it would be helpful to have further details so that more accurate advice can be given, but in addition to that it would be worth bearing in mind that owing to the current coronavirus pandemic it may well be the case that the postal services have been affected to some extent by staff being taken ill and self-isolating, thus putting extra strain on the remaining workers to deliver the parcel to you in time. Therefore, be prepared to wait a bit longer than you may be inclined to wait under normal circumstances - the item may well be on its way to you but could be taking slightly longer to reach you than normal if there are any regional delays that are impacting upon delivery times and resulting in delays to postal addresses in your area. You can't exactly blame the seller for that if that does indeed turn out to be the case.
