I have recently purchased a M & S cashmere jumper off E.Bay

I have recently purchased a M & S cashmere jumper which was advertised as B.N.W.T.

Due to the circumstances we are in, it took some to arrive and when  it did it was obviouse that it was not new and that the tag had been tied on.  I have many M & S cashmere jumpers , some old and some new, and none of them are in this condition.   The jumper has no fluffyness it looks almost 'bald'.  The hem has loss it's shape and doesn't hang correctly or bounce back into shape.

I do not now what to do.  I really feel I have been taken advantage of.

I would really appreciate some advice on this.

go to the Resolution Centre and open a not as described case

the seller then will have 8 days to issue a prepaid returns label

and if they don't you go back on day 9 and ask ebay to step in

This is precisely why ebay put a link to the Money Back Guarantee on every ad.top right.

You should spend some time exploring all the many links provided as most problems are not new and solutions are already provided on the pages.

Ebay have provided comprehensive help for buyers when things go wong, and in various places too, so I'm not sure how you managed to miss them all:

The Money Back Guarantee (on every listing, and in various other places across the site).

The More Actions dropdown beside each transaction on your Purchase History page.

The Resolution Centre (link at foot of any page).

The Help pages with their integral search (links at top and foot of any page).
