I have not received my item.

Money has been removed my account.

When checking my ebay purchase list item has been removed

Is this normal

When did you buy, only the last 60 days show unless you use the Drop Down menu.

You only have 30 days to use the Ebay money back Guarantee,so if you have left it longer than that it will be too late for an ebay case. 

If removed by ebay they will have told you, and you open a Not Received case with Paypal.

Probably a Compromised Account. Wait for 7 days or so, just in Case the Item has been Posted to you, probably not but you never know!

Then Open an Item Not Received Case with PayPal. Log in and find Contact Us at the very foot of the Page. Then Resolution Centre on the next page and Resolve a Problem. Add in the Notes that EBay have Removed the Listing.Escalate the Case to PayPal as soon as you can.
