The order date is not important, it's the delivery date that matters.
Has a reasonable time passed this? Some items are taking a couple of weeks extra to arrive, due to the Covid crisis.
If a reasonable time has passed , then open a case for item not received from the Resolution Centre link at foot of most pages. Escalate on days 9 - 22 if not refunded beforehand.
Do not close the case early, and do not forget to escalate.
