I can't get sellers information on ANY item the arrow won't change to the pointed finger when you hover over contact the seller or see other items etc .
Go to the seller's feedback page, and use the links there. They generally work just fine. But if not, just try again later - today is Friday, Ebay's maintenance day, so temporary glitches are common.
