I bought an exhaust for my car after being advised it would fit but it doesn't fit (Genuine Car dealer) and seller is making me pay to return it when they should as it was their fault plus it's too big to return via the methods they've stated. What do I do?
Open a "Not as described" case and escalate it after 3 working days. If you already opened a case and used the reason "Doesn't fit" that is classed as a "change of mind" reason, ie. not the seller's fault (usually used for clothes) and buyer has to pay cost of return postage.
If you have done that you could contact ebay and see if they will change the reason on the case. Use live chat at the very bottom of this:
