I can't ask for a refund as I wrongly pressed the return button rather than the refund button any help? I can't contact Ebay either as their chats are not available and the phone number they provide is invalid.. any help please thank you!
Sounds like you have bought from a Compromised Account and Ebay has shut it dowm. If the Item is not in your Purchase History open a Case with PayPal for Item Not Received. Log in and find Resolve a Problem down the left hand side. Escalate the Case after 2 days but before 20 days.
Add in the Notes that Ebay has Removed the Seller.
