When you return an item for a not as described reason, the case enforces the seller to pay for a fully tracked return postage label.

Once that item is taken to the post office it is scanned, and the tracking number entered automnatically into your case details. Have the PO not accepted that label for some reason?
If you are returning an item for does not fit / change of mind reason, you pay for that fully tracked return postage, tracking numbers will be on that proof of posting.
