I am getting this message all day trying to send a request for them to intervene in a dispute with a seller using the eBay app on my iPad, my laptop on both chrome and edge.

It appears that you have opened a Not Received case, when? You cannot escalate until 8 complete 24 hour periods

I can only guess that the 8 days are not up and the robots cannot cope so come up with a funny excuse.

If this is not the case then give more details.

Thanks tried again this morning same message opened 6th June told they could step in on the 15th, today is the 16th now 10 full days. Peter
