Hi I orther 2 chairs Hydraulic Swivel Salon Stool Chair for Massage Table Beauty Tattoo Facial Barber from last year in September I sent a email is not arrived and I want my money back but not any one refund my money  what happen with all this ?

If you gone over Paypal 180 days ..And paid by card then thats your next way to claim from the funding source used to paid for the purchase not received..After that is a county court small claim but if the seller was a business no longer trading then it might not be worth the effort without 1st legal advice.

Why everhave you wated so long,ebay money back guarantee is only for 30 days from expected arrival, fortunately Paypal alow 180 days, so you need to open a Not Received Case with Paypal and escalate after 2 days. 

Never let non arrival go this long,  depending on the expected arrival date you are almost out of time for a Paypal case.
