How to restart a return request once cancel the return request?

I had to cancel a return request as the seller has send me a wrong address. How do I cancel the above prosess and restart a new  return request please?

You can't. You get one chance per transaction. By closing the return request, you've told Ebay that you no longer wish to return.

 

Not sure what you mean by the seller sent you the wrong address. The seller doesn't supply the address. The return label is supplied by Ebay, and automatically includes the seller's Ebay-registered address. That is the address you must return to, or you lose buyer protection. If the address is wrong, that's the seller's problem, not yours.  As soon as tracking proved delivery or attempted delivery to that address, you'd have been refunded.

 

What you do now depends on why you want to return:

 

If the item arrived damaged, faulty or not as described, then open a case in PayPal. The return will be at your expense.

 

If it's simply a change of mind or does not fit return, then that's between you and the seller to sort out. PayPal can't help you with that.
