How do I stop my searches defaulting to the USA site

This morning every time I search it defaults to the USA site. I have tried to change settings but where it tells you to edit your address and country of origin nothing happens, the edit button does not activate

If you're still struggling with this, go to Ebay's main page. Scroll all the way down, and check to see which flag is showing at bottom right, under 'Ebay Sites'.

I have done this and it is correct flag. When I go onto Ebay the front page is correct but once I enter search no matter which category I select it defaults to USA. I have spent over an hour with Ebay chat room and still nothing resolved. I give up !!!

Hi

Have you accidentally signed into Ebay.com ?

Or this sometimes happens when you look at items on the US site.

Log out.....clear cache etc  and then sign back into Ebay.co.uk as this usually sorts out the issue.
