You do realise that although I assume you have paid by paypal, the money back guarantee only applies to COLLECTION IN PERSON.

If lost or damaged by the Courier it is not the responsibility of the seller, but you as no doubt you would find the courier would accept no reponsibility.

Sellers list as Collection to avoid packing up heavy large items, I doubt that  the seller would pack for a Courier.

Has the seller agreed to collection by your courier...? Most sellers won't agree to it, as it naturally involves packaging the item for transportation, and hanging around all day waiting for the courier to arrive. If they were happy to do this, they would have offered it with shipping in the first place, and got far more interest and therefore a higher price..  Collection items are for collection in person only, so that the buyer can fully examine the item to their satisfaction before handing over cash.  PayPal is not safe for collection items at any time, but you have no buyer protection at all when you send your own courier.

If the seller has agreed to this arrangement, couriers don't need email addresses and phone numbers. All they need is a physical address. Just enter a string of zeros, or make something up. If that isn't accepted, enter your own phone number and email address. You cannot supply a carrier with someone's contact details without that someone's express written permission - if you do, you're breaking strict data protection laws, and that can get you in a whole heap of trouble.

Your courier will have to make do with the mobile number, there is no good reason why they need an emal address as well unless they plan on spamming your seller.

has the seller agreed to a courier collecting the item?
