How can you contact eBay and actually get a response? The help system seems to go round and round until you get sick and go away!

Contacting Ebay is very rarely necessary. Everything you need to know about using Ebay is in the Help pages with their integral search. And everything you need to know about what to do should you not receive your order, or if you receive your order damaged, faulty or not as described, is in the Money Back Guarantee (on every listing, and in various other places across the site).
