I have two items listed as awaiting feedback, however the two sellers have been removed from ebay because they took orders/money from many ebayers but never sent any goods out to them. I have tried everything to remove them but cannot get them off my account. I cannot see any way to delete them and I cannot leave feedback because the system tells me that they are no longer members. Can anyone plaese advise? Many thanks and Merry Christmas to all genuine ebayers.
Apart from doing as @tobiasd4 has already advised, there's no other way to remove them from your buying history. However, they will disappear from your buying history eventually, as eBay only show transactions from the current year and the two years preceding it. Therefore, for any items that you purchased this year, they'll still show up unless you use the "Hide" option as originally suggested, but they'll automatically disappear from view once the items in question get to the point whereby they were purchased over sixty days ago, although they will still show up in the search results if you decide to search back further than that for any reason. However, once we get to 2023 those purchases will no longer be accessible in the search results for the orders you've placed and will therefore vanish from your purchase history forever.
Use the hide option or ignore them.
Have somewhat thje same query in that the seller found, on inspection, that the item was not as described and refunded my money. Now left with 'awaiting feedback' on this item. Presume that if I ignore it, it will 'go away' at some point!
