Hi I paid for an item that ebay cancelled

I bought an item that ebay cancelled they told me to get a refund from PayPal but I can't cancel it and no sellers info to ask for refund what do I do surely this is eBays fault for letting this happen PayPal said to contact seller through eBay but I can't because there's on info on ebay either as the item was deleted by eBay, im very reluctant now to use ebay again after this

Open paypal case, ignore them sending you back to ebay, scroll to bottom of case page & carry on with paypal.

Escalate after 2 days.
