Hi All 

I prchased an Item, the money has gone out of my bank but I have not received any email nor is it showing in my purchase history ? Can anyone help please?

Did you buy on a different account...?

Or did you buy without being logged in, ie. as a guest...? If so, it won't be in your purchase history.

No idea why you haven't received an email to confirm purchase. Have you checked your spam folder...?
