Deceiving seller

purchased two iPad Air 2’s on sept 12th, one was not as described being only an iPad Air not an air 2.
Seller was very awkward on refunding my money and eBay had to step in for my refund.
The seller always has 100%feedback that’s why I bought from him. Since leaving negative feedback myself and seeing other buyers leave negative feedback, his account fluctuates all the time from being less than 100% to a full 100%. eBay themselves cannot understand this and also cannot understand why my comment was removed as it wasn’t removed by themselves. I have continually called over the last five months to keep chasing this as being a buyer it it false advertising of feedback . Now eBay are telling me that the seller appealed and and as I wasn’t told about this over my many calls from the last five months , there is nothing that can be done and no matter who I speak to this will be the same outcome.
I’m not happy as my comments as an honest buyer were not violating eBays rules, nor others honest comments, eBay themselves could understand why they had been removed nor they said had eBay removed them.
As I buyer I look for feedback status as it influences my decision as to whether or not to buy from that person, but how can I trust future transactions if this is not true?

The ONLY way feedback can be removed is by Ebay.  And Ebay will ONLY remove feedback if it breaches feedback rules or the law in some way.

You can't just say whatever you like in public feedback (regardless of how true you think it is) as it can get you and Ebay sued for libel.  If you can remember EXACTLY what you wrote, word for word, someone will be able to explain where you went wrong.  If not, you can check out the feedback rules for yourself in the Help pages.
