I'm so frustrated. Ebay isnt easy to locate a contact number to speak toa human!!
Ive bought a wardrobe that when delivered was absolute rubbish, the delivery driver wouldn't take it back. Ive complained to the seller and sent pictures and they agreed the standard was poor and they were esculating it but ive heard nothing. Ive tried to open a case but give limited options, so picked the return but upon doing this ,says I can send it back, which of course I have no way of sending it back. It was 3 weeks late arriving also!!! Does anyone have a number so i can speak to a person please xx

if its the item you left the neg for and as they are a business seller you can involve trading standards as they are legall obliged to rectify the matter fully and at no expense to you.
Speaking to ebay won't solve the problem, they won't collect it.
Top right of every listing MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. You should have opened a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE, but as you only get one case, a return was not the right one, although as I imagine you bought from a Business Seller they should accept returns for any reason.
While you can still open a Paypal case, it is still going to be a problem returning, I can only suggest you try Citizens Advice or Trading Standards.
