This is the UK site...you are based and registered in the US...best to log out and back into .com

is your card nearing its expiry  date?

Because this is the UK site and you're in the US. Log out, and back into ebay.com. If you find that your card isn't working there either, check the expiry date, and use the forums over there for help if necessary.
