I wanted to ask about an issue that never happened to me before. Ebay sent me an email telling me this
We had to cancel your recent order.
Unfortunately, due to concerns, the item listed below has been removed from the site.
This won’t interrupt your order. But if you have any problems, you’re covered by eBay’s Money Back Guarantee and can request a refund
How should i proceed? Should i do something now or wait until the item never comes and request a refund?
You can try a case with eBay to get your money. You may have to wait until after the estimated delivery date on the listing then select "I haven't received it yet" on here:
https://resolutioncentre.ebay.co.uk/
and escalate after 3 business days to get a refund.
However often when this happens you have to open a case with Paypal rather than eBay. Here's a direct link:
https://www.paypal.com/uk/disputes/
Escalate it after 2 days and before 20 days.
You may still receive your item. I you dont then open a dispute with ebay.
If you go to help and contact bottom of the page then the items you have bought should come up and the option to open a dispute
If you cant do it through that way or through the item in your Purchase History. ( may not be there) then phone ebay and ask them to open the dispute.
If you fail on ebay and paid by paypal then you can open the dispute there. You escalate the dispute as soon as you can but within 20 days
