Cancel order

So I bought a product without reading the description and once I bought it I then read the description it was a purposeful scam for bots and I will not be receiving a product and I am wondering what to do the seller also said no refund so is there a way to have eBay or my bank cancel this transaction

Have you paid, if soas soon as past the expected delivery date, you open a Not Received case in the RESOLUTION CENTRE at foot of page to get a refund. There is alink in MORE ACTIONS as well.

It would be interesting to see exactly what you were buying, but NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS is a load of rubbish. Why do you think ebay go to the bother of putting the Money Back Guarantee on EVERY listing, top right.

I was buying a graphics card I wanted one for a long time and got desperate and some other factors too but simply put I was being an idiot.

Also the delivery date is 27 Feb so do I wait till then to open a not received case? And then eBay will help me?
