Can anyone please advise me about refunds as ebay themselves are uncontactable it seems !?

Please can someone help? I have a return on a faulty item in process which i need to post back to the seller, the problem i have is the return label i was issued with from ebay is for an item upto 2kg...the item in question is 12kg! There appears to be no way to contact ebay directly and all their links in the self help sections just send you in loops, ultimately i can see no way to obtain a new returns label with the appropriate weight covered to get the item sent back and obtain a refund? Any help or advice greatly appreciated. thanks.

The seller needs to provide a suitable return label, but the best thing to do, is talk to ebay on `chat` and explain the situation.

Thanks, I've tried to use the chat option but it keeps saying the live chat is unavailable. As usual the automated systems are useless. I'm currently feeling the only solution I have is to pay for the return myself as there seems to be no way to get eBay to respond and no way to reprint/ request the correct label yourself
