Yes, thousands of people are.
Some are saying it's Virgin and if you turn off child safe it works, but many are not using Virgin.
It won't work on both my laptops but does on my son's in his room, using the same wifi.
Don't ask me what that could be.
I've cleared my cashe, rebooted, used different browsers and still the same.
For a temporary solution I have tethered my phone and it works, just.
