unable to change from private to business

Hi,

I'm trying to change my account from personal to business and it's not allowing me to do it.

Managed to change bank account to business one and also managed to add my VAT number, but it's not allowing me to change ebay account to business, when I get to "Update your account details" screen, after entering all the details and clicking "save and continue" button doesn't take me to the next screen, I can click 100 times and it does nothing.

Tried different browsers, clearing cookies, incognito mode and nothing works.

Spoke with CS 3 times over the period of 2 weeks and they haven't got a clue what's wrong, they reported to technical team and apparently they responded that it's all ok and it should work, but it doesn't.

Anybody come run into similar glitch ?

I feel your pain!! I'm in the same boat, Ebay couldn't upgrade my account to business either, so in the end I had to open a new account, losing all my feedback built up over 4 years. Now I'm finding that my new business account won't let me add any bank account details and keeps telling me I've got no valid payment methods to start an ebay shop subscription, although I have 2 debit accounts and a paypal account listed in the payment section. What the heck is going on with Ebay at the moment?? Hope you get your glitch sorted. It's so frustrating when this sort of thing happens.

Exactly the same problem here, unable to change from individual to business.
