"Required item specifics" are all blank

I just went to change a few prices and have noticed that most of my items have the required item specifics blank. It has done this before in the past and I don't want to waste a whole load of time checking them all again.

Has anyone else noticed this?

I only checked 4 of your listings but they all have item specifics when I looked.

The 4 were

The last one being a James bond Omnibus and it had type, narrative type, country of manufacturer, seller notes, language, book series and ISBN. Not sure if you had more selected or if you even can select more but hopefully its just a bug not showing you that they are still there.

I am hoping it's a temporary bug. I checked quite few and it seems a 50/50 split of those that are missing details and those that are filled in.

I will check tomorrow again see if it has come back

Just checked again after 24hrs and still around 50% have the required item specifics blank. 

This isn't the first time they have been wiped off and it is a lot of work going though them all checking.

Maybe a coincidence, but my sales have tanked in the last week to about 10% of what I normally do. I wonder if this is connected?

The issue seems to be that the details are blank in seller hub, but when I search the the item on search the details are there.

Very weird and I have logged it with Ebay.

Not sure if it's related, but I just went to change the price on a listing via seller hub and it wouldn't let me.

It said the language IS was missing.

Went to edit it and more of the IS were missing, but not all of them.

There is definitely a fault with seller hub. I have waited 5 days now for the details to return and they haven't. So I thought I would try adding them by hand (Even though this would take a long time to do) but when I type the ISBN into the box is just says "No match found. ISBN saved " Yet when you type the ISBN into the search box at the top it finds the item (Screen shots added)

Is it possible for an admin to look into this as I have a feeling it is connected to my sales completely tanking this week to not even 10% of what I would be normally doing.

There is obviously a pretty big issue going on with seller hub. Cannot change totals or prices without it stopping and telling me the item specifics are missing. But when I add the ISBN it doesn't recognise it. 

I am paying £92 a month and I cannot even do anything with seller hub since this error started.

I will have to contact them again tomorrow and get this sorted. I would advise people to check a few lines in your own inventory and see if any of your item specifics have been wiped out.

I have now got this passed onto a specialised team to investigate. There is a serious issue with seller hub (At least on mine) I cannot change prices or any details on over 50% of my inventory items as the ISBN is not recognised when I try to add it in seller hub. But it is recognised on the search bar.

Maybe I am being paranoid but my sales have almost completely stopped since I first noticed this issue.

I have this too, did you get a response? It is taking me 10x as long to list as majority of ISBN's are now not pulling through details.

Nope I never heard back from them so I am checking it all manually.

Easiest way for me is to "End the listing" and then "Relist". I have found that when you relist the ISBN magically gets added back to the listing and then you can add in all the other missing details.

Only problem with this is that it will take a long time with a big inventory.
