Some RM postage via eBay not loading tracking numbers

I've noticed a couple of my recent sales where I've bought RM postage via eBay and the tracking numbers haven't been added to eBay like they normally do.

I've found the numbers via a reprinting labels link. One of them had already been tracked delivered before I added the number. eBay hasn't updated to show delivered yet.

Something for sellers to check, especially if eBay are using tracking to pay funds.

Yup had the same issue today. Actually worse as it was click & drop. 

Customer did not receive tracking. No label to reprint showing. I found the tracking by going in to the paid section and it was attached to the cost area. 

Customer did not get their QR code/pick up reference. So I managed to get concierge to bump this to him.

To make matters worse? Customer ordered the wrong item and after a few hours of messing about it's coming right back. What a wonderful world!

I just checked again and another had disappeared, so it's happened again since I checked the first time.

At least after a while eBay is updating status once I re-add them.

Hi, i reported this on the Wednesday customer support chat and got a wrong end of the stick answer from Kat@ebay

I asked her to look at it again and got nothing back as far as i am aware. If its happening to business sellers it is clearly nothing to do with SD

Above are 2 of mine from today (sorry for the way they have copied and pasted). 

They are from 250g 2nd class and 500g 2nd class large letters bought this afternoon.

I manually added the numbers today.

No tracking no has been allocated to any as of yet ....

This is still happening today. 

RM 2nd class large letter tracking references aren’t applying to orders.

Tracked 48 are applying to orders as normal.

kat@ebay is there any timescale on when it should be fixed? Thanks

Another 6 not adding tracking just now.

It's not allowing me to manually add tracking to GSP orders.

"This order has an eBay Global Shipping Programme tracking number associated with it, so it cannot be changed."

But there is no tracking number associated.

How do we stand for INR claims if eBay won't allow us to add tracking to the depot?

Should we cancel these orders and wait for eBay to fix the system?

Should we disable GSP till it's fixed?

I can add tracking to GSP as an additional tracking number.

Next problem is those GSP orders are now showing 2 different items 'Choose which package you would like to track' and showing the same item twice.

None of my orders from yesterday or today have had the tracking details updated on eBay. These labels were all purchased through eBay too.

The GSP orders I added tracking to are showing as 'Multiple deliveries' in the Actions column instead of Dispatched.
