Sell similar instead of relist is stating Dupicate listing

Instead of relisting another when an item has sold we sell similar for the new item , starting this morning eBay keeps stating in the majority of listings it is a duplicate listing which it is not . The only way around it was to add an extra digit to the title , another eBay glitch
