Royal Mail Tracked 48 eBay labels

I'm looking into using RM Tracked 48 (small parcel size) for the first time! Any advice would be appreciated.

If I buy the labels through eBay how do I arrange collection? Is there a drop down box to select a collection time after you have clicked on buy label?

Yes there is but sometimes it will only allow 5 parcels to be collected in one day I found, might be my area.

If your sending 20 or more parcels per week, then I would strongly advise that you look at a RM business account.  You will end up paying less than what you pay Ebay and you will be eligible for free daily collections.
