No edit button to change personal account to business account

Hi,

I am trying to change my account from individual to business but there is no edit button in my account type settings. How do I change account types?

You need a PC / laptop for this and not the app or mobile browser,  and use Chrome it works well with eBay.

The go to Account Settings >>  Personal Information and where it says Account type Individual go right to Edit to Business Account.

I am using a laptop and chrome. There is no edit to the right in account type. See the image below for what I see.

That is bizarre,  perhaps your Private account is not ready to upgrade to a Business account,  you used to have to ( apologies cannot remember the exact figure)  **  amount of items before being able to change to a Business Account.  Perhaps this is the case here ?

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
