And another 40 minutes wasted because an Ebay sent link that didnt work. I had an INR case, fine we get them its part of online selling, I ask Ebay to step in as the delivery was soo incorrect and had no customer communication in 5 plus emails, we always try to resolve our issues, it makes for happy customers and easier than dealing with Ebay.
I get an email asking for an upload of digital documentation, tried on safari by Phone and Windows desktop, link doesnt work
if you reply to the email you get a donotreply to the message email by return.
Call Ebay - 1st agent 15 minutes resends the link then says hes looking into things and puts me on hold. For an unknown reason he passes me onto a colleague who I have to repeat exactly she same story to. WHY?
In total 40 minutes trying to upload a document because an Ebay sent link doesnt work, its so poor, I go out of my way not to use CS because of this, its cost sellers money, shameful service.
