I posted two items in the same parcel to a buyer from the USA. He has received one and left positive feedback. He has claimed non-receipt of the other item packaged in the same box. The parcel was sent Royal Mail tracked and signed and the parcel is marked as delivered on the tracking page. It is quite likely he did not check the box for the other item so I have messaged him about that. I have only uploaded tracking to ebay now, after the last delivery date. I added the tracking information showing delivery to the item not received case. Where do I stand now? Will I win the case? Or is the tracking information showing 'delivered' insufficient because it was uploaded late?
I stopped uploading tracking to ebay because it earned me loads of defects when the parcels are not scanned properly by Royal Mail. Currently I am sitting totally defect free, but I am wondering if a late uploading of tracking to eBay will earn me a defect.
Any information would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
