Does anyone have any recommendations for this kind of software?

Need to cover Ebay & Shopify, with the option of expanding to other sites.

I have been using Selro for the past 3 years and it has worked very well for managing my inventory across the different channels I use and for sending listings to the other channels .

Selro does have a lot of other features available to use but I only use it for inventory and listing management.

Base is another solution I have looked at.
