General Product Safety Regulation - I only deliver to the EU via the Global Shipping Program

Regarding the looming General Product Safety Regulations, can anyone please advise me on whether my listings will be exemot? I only deliver to the EU and NI if the customer uses the GSP.

No.  Whether you use GSP or any other shipping company, it has nothing to with whether you need to follow the rules on GPSR.

I would suggest that you read one of the many threads on this subject.

Northern Ireland wouldn't be via GSP anyway and your items would not be exempt.

Thanks for the replies. Given it would be impossible to find the information on my most of my items, I think I will just remove buyers' ability to buy from overseas.

Yep, I've done the same for EU and NI as I have over a thousand individual second hand/vintage lots - I now only sell to UK, Canada and USA.  It's the death of the second hand market to EU and NI as far as I can see.
