GSP bulk change over

Hi all.

Dont seem to get any replies when I post on here but as it seems so hard to speak to someone at eBay I’ll try again.

I cannot seem to get all my current listings to change over to the Global Shipping Programme. New listings I put in seem to have it but when I try to change the others in bulk it says they are but actually are not.

Anybhelp appreciated.

Hi, Just go to your business policies and switch GSP on from there it should apply to all your listings and future listings .

Well it is switched on/enrolled as my new listings are set up. Just can’t
seem to get existing items to show it??

Being enrolled in the GSP programme does not mean it is switched on , these are 2 sperate things . you should have postage policies already created , just need to go in there and check that they are switched on for the GSP

go to your active listings page on the left hand side you will have column with business policy , click it . It will show you current business policies. Click your current postage policies where you can edit and scroll down to GSP and make sure that it is switched on like the earlier pics . If you go to the bottom of the page  you can pick and choose which countries or regions  you want to exclude from GSP.
