Festive Fun Discount

I have just noticed a discount code has been applied to my listings by Ebay. The Festive Fun promotion started at midnight on the 2nd and goes through until the 9th December.

Assuming this will be for all business sellers. 

Simply make a purchase of

• £50 - £99.99 and receive £5 off
• £100 - £299.99 and receive £10 off
• £300 - £499.99 and receive £15 off
• £500 - £699.99 and receive £25 off
• £700 or more and receive £45 off

I see that too . I presume ebay are funding the £5 discount and very nice of them if so?

Yes, nice bonus for us ( makes a change) but a bit strange they didn't tell us. Unless I missed the message?

I have never agreed to it , so presume its something they've done off their own backs. Sales must be slow for them which is not surprising as so many business sellers like us have had to stop selling to EU , NIreland and Switzerland due to GPSR

eBay have been releasing discount codes like these on a regular basis over the last 12 months.  eBay funds the discount themselves so sellers are often unaware the discount code even exists. Well, that is unless they spot the "£x with coupon code" notice on their listings or a buyer has trouble redeeming the code.
