Ebays paranoia causing problems for a customer.

I sold a model railway controller.

After a couple of months buyer got in touch and said its faulty.

Being a good honest seller I give a years warranty.

So tried to send my address to the buyer to send it back for repair.

And ebays not having any of it !

Ebay doesnt allow email addresses or house addresses in messages now even if after a purchase !

Little bots are very eager over eager when they see addresses and block those messages.

Your address being a Business,  is written on your listings,  ask your buyer to use that to send the item back to you.
