Ebay Packing Voucher

Hello

Second month in a row I've not received a £10 packing voucher.  Have I missed something?

Last month I did ring customer services and they gave me one. 

And no - it's not tucked away as a code anywhere that comes up when I try and buy. 

Anyone else?  Just me?

After contacting with CS they said :

I can confirm to you that eBay does not send business sellers any voucher every month, the roll out of voucher is completely random. So the voucher that you have got in your account for 5% is from eBay for your buying account and not for selling. eBay does not send out nay monthly allowance based voucher for sellers, so I kindly request you to wait for your chance to get the voucher .

so they lie because if you go Featured or Anchor shop description is clearly said:

eBay packaging vouchers -  Worth £10.00 a month

I have not received mine either, Live Chat have escalated my case and I am waiting for an email reply. The voucher is not random, it is given out monthly to Featured Shop subscribers.

I have actually received mine this month for the first time in 3 months!

I have a business account and subscription but have never received a voucher and didn’t know it was a thing till seeing a Facebook post about it. Do you just have to contact customer services to get it.

Which shop subscription are you paying for?

You only get a monthly packaging voucher if you have a featured or anchor shop.

Ah that makes sense. I only have the Basic subscription. I was thinking what was they talking about but makes sense that it’s only for sellers who give eBay a lot of money for the subscription
