I have been reporting competitors with duplicate listings for years. Its getting worse now. One competitor has 4 identical listings. I have reported them via concierge, they take the reports and nothing gets done. I have reported them at least 10 times now. They have 1400 listings but in reality should be about 200.
In desperation I also contacted eBay for Business. Their response was:
I appreciate that you want them removed ASAP. As per our policies, we may take a range of actions, some of which may not be removals. I cannot disclose anything further than that. Thank you
I have sold on eBay since 1999, have nearly half a million feedbacks. My business is being negatively affected by eBay not policing this.
What do I do if ebay are not taking action to police their own policies and my business is not thriving as a result?

That fee was for things like the new Windsor agreement or the online seller tax or the Brexit regulations or some other money grab.
To which I bet there was zero new resources allocated to any of those things.

My response to you lupo-store is dont sweat it. eBay wont do jack about any of it. All it does is raise your blood pressure. I know thats not helpful in the slightest, but it is literally al I have. eBay wont do anything and it's not gonna help to get bent out of shape with it. All that does is cause you more stress to which eBay dont care about.
If its something you are concerned about, then my only recommendation, if you are inclined is to do the same as them. You already know eBay aren't going to do anything about it as you've noticed.
