Customs codes for Overseas sendings

Hello everyone

I have come out of Ebay Global as it just hasn`t worked.

Normally no problems picking up Customs codes to insert on sendings to many European Countries but Austria seems to be problematical.

I have a large package to go to Austria yet when I have send the Invoice via Ebay to the client in Austria no code is included hence if we sent without the code it will be retained.

Does anybody please have a way to send items like this.

Do you mean the HSS code or what code?

If its the IOSS code then its the standard IM2760000742 for all EU countries but that would be produced for items under Euro150 where Ebay collected the tax. Over Euro150 no code as tax is collected at the border.
