Carlsburg did not make this buyer

So , four weeks ago Buyer purchases 1kg of seed, then purchases another 2kg of seed.

I send them both , one parcel with a free one as we do buy 2 get 1 free.

Last week buyer purchases again , 1kg of seed and 2kg of seed.

I message the buyer and say i will combine the 2 packages and give you the buy 3 get 2 free offer

and send 5kg in total

I buy the post on ebay and it is RM24 5-10kg ,

It arrives and i get a message of the buyer

A bit of rant , hard to understand but from what i can decipher is the buyer wanted 6kg ,   3 free

I explain we dont do that and they leave positive with abuse and negative with abuse ( first in three years"

the comment is removed on both

I say to the buyer if you are not happy , i can accept a return and i will even pay for the return

The replies "I can get it cheaper"

strange message as what is cheaper than the seller paying?

well today i find out what is cheaper

The buyer manages to open up an item not received case even though

1: tracking shows delivered

2:tracking shows a photo of the delivery

3: thier feedback says delivered

4:thier messages say delivered

Tracking receipt shows total weight 5500g , bought via ebay so address is ebays registered address and weights are ebays 5-10kg ,  The buyer even adds a photo of the item delivered to the feedback ( now removed )

Ebay THIS HAS TO STOP

Sellers do not need to be dealing with these buyers !!!

I have telephoned ebay and been told the case has to run its course.

What are the chances i lose ?

If you have proof of delivery for all packages then you won't have to refund 

Enter the tracking number (s) into the case 

They can close this case and open a Not as Described case where you would have to pay the return postage costs and refund the buyer in full including P&P, although they have to send it all back to get this refund

First 2 orders where 27th july for 1kg , 13th august for 2kg,   

Then two orders 29th august 1kg and 2kg  , normally would send 2+1 free but as both bought same day and even though different listings , an extra free one was sent   buy 3+2 free .

Tracking already uploaded ,   evey item i send is tracked with photo delivery ,

I have returns set to accept for any reason for 30 days and i pay

No good deed goes unpunished, especially on eBay.

The only problem might be that eBay may expect more than one tracking number, one for each order

You may not be able to re-use tracking numbers 

Make sure all tracking numbers are added to the case as eBay will close the case soon, either in your favour, or the buyer will be refunded in full, so make sure everything is in order in the case

The weight of each item is 1kg ,   He bought 3 ,   The total weight was 5.5Kg  

The ebay generated label was for 5-10kg  ,

Have you added the tracking number to the case? Did you get an "this tracking number is already in use" error message when you did so?

hi , no ebay only generates that message if it is same tracking to two different buyers ,

You can use one tracking for one buyer who makes multiple purchases.

If items are missing it should be an INAD case and not an INR case.

i checked the tracking on the case , it is the same number generated by ebay on the 29th when purchasing the label , tracking shows as delivered with a photo , buyer then added a photo of his own of the item to a feedback which got removed as it was obscene

hilarious , so ebay say its delivered aswell.

Sorry; I'm getting a bit lost here. Have you uploaded the tracking number you have to the case that was opened by the buyer?

hi , ebay generated the tracking number when i purchased thier postage label

I checked on the case and it was there.

It said "once delivered it cannot be changed"
tracking shows delivered , with a photo of the delivery

29th august they order 1kg

29th august they order another 2kg

total 3kg in two separate orders 

i do buy 2 get 1 free , buy 3 get 2 free

even though they made two orders i combined them in one package so that they get 2 free ( 3+2 free)

i sent them a message saying thier orders have been combined so they get 2 free instead of just 1

I bought a label on ebay RM24 5 to 10 kg

that tracking was added by ebay to one order

and i added it to the other order

the buyer messaged to say they got 5kg

they then said they want another 1kg and another seller has ripped them off some flower honey and evri broke a plate they didnt order of me and the earth is flat

i said you bought 3 that day , i sent you 5 and you have said you got 5 

they then left a positive , with profanities and then a negative the same

the positive they uploaded an image of the item they bought at thier house showing 5kg

the comment they made said they got 5 kg

both comments removed

they then opened a case to say item not recieved.

i have checked the tracking , im happy its all uploaded correctly 

they also bought 5 weeks ago , a 2 kilo pack and a 1 kilo pack  two weeks apart.

No messages over them , they was sent 2+1 free for the 2 kilo and 1 kilo on the 1 kilo order

I have seen on their feedback they bought other 1kg packs of other sellers at same time

so maybe they think they bought all off me and was expecting more

the problem is i have tried working out what thier messages mean and its like another language

i asked her would she like a free returns label that i will pay for

and the response was " i will have cheaper "

cheaper means INR case and keep the item.
