Can’t select quantity on multi variation listings

Not sure how long this has been an issue but on the iOS app for iPhone and iOS app for iPad it’s not possible to select quantity on my multi variation listings even when multiple items are available. 

The selection box is greyed out! I’ve tried some other sellers listings and they don’t seem to have this problem. This problem is app only as far as I can tell. 

My sales have been in the toilet for some time so possibly my account has an issue? Please can you check and escalate. Thank you.

No issue here - clicking the Quantity drop down pulls in a slide in element from the bottom with plus and minus buttons.
Shows for that watchstrap there are 2 available

Thanks. Did you try on the listing I linked to? That’s what should happen but on some of my listings the box is greyed out, as in the picture, so it’s not possible to press it to bring up the plus/minus buttons. 

What did you check on? iOS?

it was on the listing you shared yes. I'm on iOS using the ebay app

Sorry no idea there. thought it might be if you were on your own listings - but thats not an issue on our own listings.

Have you tried any listing other than your own?

Thank you for reaching out.

We have checked your listing example, and we have been able to try with the android app and it gives the drop down to choose the quantity.  We have also tried with the IOS app and it gives a pop up box where you can select plus or minus on the quantity. 

Check that you have updated the app to the most recent version, sign out and in again and see if it works for you.

Hi, thanks, I accept you can’t replicate the issue, but I have the latest version of the app and I’ve signed out and signed in again and the problem is the same, greyed out quality selection boxes on some of my listings that have multiple items available. 

The proof is in the picture I attached so what to say?

I've just looked at SwissExpert's listing on 3 different Android app versions. 

6.178.01 = box available 

6.185.11 = box not available 

6.186.02 = box not available

latest iOS eBay app for iPhone is 6.186.0 and that’s what I’m using.. looks like a 6.186 app issue

What iPhone are you using? 
im having difficulty adding amounts on a listing it just wouldn’t open for me

With the latest ios app version  6.186.O, can you also confirm your current version of your operating system on your device and I will log this with tech.
