How to access bike warranty when seller doesn't talk to you ?

Yes that is good as PayPal offer longer payment protection than ebay.

You are now taking it away from ebay.

And ebay will not get involved. Which may be just as well or you could try first thing in the morning and get customer service to call you you should get the Dublin call centre who have a better idea of the uk law.

I see from a subsequent response you paid via PayPal - my next question was going to be how you paid for the item. You can try opening a dispute with PayPal but they recently changed their time limits for filing a claim; buyers now only have 30 days following delivery to file a PayPal dispute for an item not being as described.

Did you pay using your PayPal balance or did you pay using a credit or debit card that you have linked to PayPal?

eBay's customer service representatives aren't going to be of any help now that the OP is outside the MBG window. Whilst eBay's Dublin CS reps are in a higher pay grade than their Filipino counterparts Dublin is in Ireland which is still not part of the UK. Whilst I realise EU/UK consumer laws are still near-identical all an eBay CS rep will be able to point out is that the OP is now outside the MBG window so there is nothing eBay can do.
