Anybody managed to book a slot for eBay Seller Clinics?

Has anyone managed to successfully book a 45 minute consultation with the eBay Seller Clinic?  There don't seem to be any available time slots!   For those that have had the consultation, was it worthwhile?  My experiences with the former ProTrader scheme - which presumably Seller Clinic replaces - were not good, with the adviser repeatedly failing to turn up to booking slots.  Is Seller Clinic worth persevering with?  Regards, James

I haven't had one, but based on past experience, all they'll do is tell you need to spend more money on advertising and promotions.

My advisor for the ProTrader scheme was fantastic in all honesty, a friend of mine who runs a similar e-bay shop had the same experience as you with missed appointments and disinterest. I guess it depends who you get. Big thank you to David at E-bay for my own experience. His calls every few weeks were most welcome and helped keep me motivated. Use the 1-2-1's to ask your questions. Try to be positive. I often wonder if its sellers who are more engaged with E-bay as a platform who get the offers they throw out every now and again.

I have an appointment for the 23rd Nov. Hopefully its an improvement on the Protrader scheme, but very much doubt it. Worth a try though
