£50 off ad fees - Promoted Listings Priority Strategy

SO, I've opted in and set up a priority strategy as prompted. A few days have gone by. Sales have not only tanked  (they were terrible to start with), but i'm not getting any of the ad fees credited back.

Has anyone else had this promo. I've read all the t's & c's and cannot see anything about how and when you get the money credited back.

i've now switched this off as it's not worth paying out even more money for even less.

Hi, I just came on here to say the same thing. Looking at Fees per item, I noticed my priority campaign is charging me against the item sold this month, after signing up., I am under the amount paid. 

I switched off all other promotions, to really measure the difference between them, so anything in thelast 7 days should be free and I can then see clearly how many items are sold becuase of it. 

I also have another selling account and this is also not showing the FREE advertising in a clear way. 

I thought we got £50 free, but it seems that it's hard to substantiate this.

If anyone knows how to see this clearly, please share. Thanks.

Have you actually checked that you qualify?  Opted in etc?

Just because you get the offer, doesn't necessarily mean that you are eligible for it.

If you are, then you need to raise it with Ebay.

For me, yes, I've seen the advert for it for months, thought that if I left it until the last month, I wouldn't need to compete with as many businesses and use it in the month that was quietest (september), when I clicked it, it said you've opted in and took me to make the priority ads.

I brought this up a couple of weeks ago on the ebay chat on a wednesday afternoon. I've brought it up at the ebay open too.

I still cannot find any credit related to this promotion despite it having being activated.

I was told the same, that it's credited at the time against the item. I've been shown and shared screenshots that shows these amounts as i minus against the item. Credits shouldn't show as a minus. My account quite clearly shows in transaction history the amount is deducted from my account balance and not added.

I'll be asking again on Wednesday if I remember.
