Liverpool are a team that really should be avoided when it comes to fanmail. Apparently I heard that fanmail staff steal some items which are sent in by fans for players.

mate, anfield and melwood are probably the worst along with arsenal at replying ttm,why dont you email them, and ask them where they are?

Chase them up. I just don't get the attitude of some clubs.

You can chase it up - and they do keep records of items sent out of Melwood but thats it - shameful lots of people in the line line handling items. 😞

Good luck with your Joe Cole shirt. Glad you phoned up now as Joe Cole will probably be leaving in the summer. I give Liverpool a wide berth now (along with Arsenal) as I regard sending to them as a complete waste of stamps. Interesting how they said too many things end up being sold but items are dedicated. If items are dedicated, why aren't they signing. I e-mailed them earlier in the season about signed items and they told me that items were sent in for signing and that the players were too busy to sign them all. When I e-mailed back and pointed out that Man U, Chelsea and man City all signed items I didn't get a response!
